1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (urbanzonespace.com), booking a tour, signing up as a member, or using any of the co-working facilities at SCO 47, M3M 113 Market, Sector 113, Gurugram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
UrbanZone Space provides flexible co-working solutions including:
- Flexi Desk / Day Pass — open-area seating on a daily basis
- Dedicated Desk — reserved monthly workstation
- Private Cabin / Director / CEO Cabin — fully furnished private cabins (2–8 members)
- Virtual Office — legal address service with mail handling
- Conference & Meeting Rooms — bookable by the hour
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice to affected members.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance.
- Daily passes must be paid in advance.
- Monthly plans (Dedicated Desk, Private Cabin) are billed on the 1st of each month or on your enrolment date.
- A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's fee applies to monthly plans.
- Yearly plans (Virtual Office) are billed annually in advance.
- All prices exclude GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Day Pass: non-refundable once activated.
- Monthly plans: require 30 days' written notice for cancellation. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of vacating, less any outstanding dues.
- Virtual Office (yearly): non-refundable after 7 days of activation.
- Meeting Rooms: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booked slot; later cancellations forfeit the booking fee.
5. Member Conduct
To maintain a productive environment, members and guests agree to:
- Respect other members, staff, and visitors.
- Keep noise to a reasonable level — phone calls should be taken in designated phone booths or meeting rooms.
- Not conduct any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activity on the premises.
- Not solicit other members for sales without consent.
- Not bring pets (except registered service animals) without prior approval.
- Comply with all building, fire-safety, and security regulations.
UrbanZone reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for serious or repeated violations.
6. Guests
Members may bring up to 2 day-guests per month at no charge. Guests must sign in, follow these Terms, and are the responsibility of the inviting member.
7. Use of Address (Virtual Office)
Virtual Office members may use the SCO 47 address for GST/MCA/bank registration and business correspondence only. Use of the address for illegal activities, unsolicited bulk mail, or after the plan ends is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, design, images, and code — is the property of UrbanZone Space or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it commercially without written permission.
9. Liability
- UrbanZone Space provides facilities on an "as-is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted service but do not warrant zero downtime for power, internet, or amenities.
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Members are encouraged to use the lockers provided.
- Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the member in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the membership in line with the cancellation rules in Section 4. UrbanZone may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms; in such cases, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
